In all seasons, please bring an alarm clock, flashlight, house slippers, personal toiletries, umbrealla and towel. In cool weather, bring a sleeping bag and warm clothing for cold, wet and windy weather. In Spring and Summer, rainstorms are common, and the weather can be hot and humid. Suggested items to bring in addition are a sunhat, sunscreen lotion, umbrella and insect repellant. You may also bring ear plugs and eye mask, if you are a light sleeper. Some of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Dharma talks are in Vietnamese, and simultaneous translation will be provided in English.
